Contributor Guide

Welcome to our engineering newsletter contributor guide!

We are always looking for fresh perspectives and new voices to share in our newsletter, and we would love to have you contribute. Whether you're an experienced engineer or a new professional, we welcome contributions from everyone who is passionate about the field of software development and engineering management.

Here are some guidelines to help you get started:

  1. Content: We are looking for articles, tutorials, and other types of content that will be useful and informative to our readers. We prioritize topics such as software development best practices, leadership, team management, career development, and emerging technologies.
  2. Length: Our articles generally range from 600 to 1500 words.
  3. Tone: We want our contributors to write in a conversational, yet professional tone. Avoid using jargon and technical language that would be difficult for a general audience to understand.
  4. Format: Please submit your content as a Word document or Google Doc.
  5. Images and multimedia: If you would like to include images or multimedia elements in your article, please ensure that you have the rights to use them and include appropriate credits.
  6. Originality: We only accept original content that has not been previously published elsewhere.
  7. Editing: Your submission will be reviewed and edited by our team for clarity, grammar, and style before it's published.
  8. Attribution: If your article is accepted and published, you will be credited as the author and a brief bio and a link to your website or social media will be included at the end of the article.
  9. Publication schedule: Our newsletter is published on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending on the volume of submissions we receive.
  10. Submission process: Please submit your article or pitch to our email

We look forward to hearing from you and reading your contributions!

Note: We reserve the right to accept or reject any submission at our discretion and we also reserve the right to make any necessary changes to your submission for clarity, grammar, and style before publishing.
